AC-130 Spectre - Death From Above - Afghanistan
Wouldn't want to be a Bad Guy underneath a Spectre! It is a 9:46-minute thermal view from the targeting system on the Spectre. When the AC-130 crew decides to engage, there is no escaping their fury. You can hear the crew announcing fire, and the delay of the rounds to the ground. The initial shots were the 105mm HE rounds that devastate the vehicles. They are too high in altitude for regular cannon fire. These are all Howitzer 105mm HE rounds going off about a mile or more below them.
