Dioramarama
Duluth, MN
January 26, 2007

At The Old Emerson School Gym
"Sorry I didn't stay long enough to see, hear or photograph the bands that were to play."

A "Living" Diorama of two very real mermaids. They sat still like mannequins the entire hour I was there.
The train actually went round and round on this little gem, heh heh
This one is a little strange...
Another of several with a Monster theme...
Some sort of Satanic or Occult theme going on here. Appears to be mammal organs hanging above the tub. Okay...
The mermaids again, with a super wide angle view and existing light.
A dove underwater?
Trees on an overhead projector plate
Who didn't love Mystery Science Theater 3000?! That show was funny as hell...
I kept taking photos of these mermaids because: A) They were photogenic and B) They actually had to change poses once in awhile from fatigue
See that huge pyrmaid of boxes in the far corner? When you walked inside the tunnel, there was a little pinhole to look through to see a diorama that was maybe 16 cubic inches. That's a sure sign of heavy LSD usage by the artist...
Blowing bubbles for the mermaids
Someone's funny claymation animated film played behind the stage.
Looks like a Yeti? My macro super wide angle lens was used to peer inside the little hole for this one...
Another of several with a Monster theme...My macro super wide angle lens was again used to peer inside the little hole for this one...
Free beer and wine and sugar goodies!!!
