Canal Park on a very different day than yesterday...
Conditions changed from 60° F, sunny and no wind at 11:20am, to 40° F with a 15 mph northeast wind right off the lake causing heavy fog two hours later after I had a meeting in downtown Duluth. As my great friend JoAnn once said, if you are visiting Duluth in the spring or summer, bring a pair of shorts and a down vest.

The "crib" seems to tilt a little more each year. I'd love to see a raging "Gales of November" storm wipe it clean off the lake surface some year.	Yeah, I'd trust that rope ladder to climb up with if I was going to dive off of it...
