a 5-lb. Crawfish
Lobster, dude! We call these Crawfish in
the Bahamas, and this one rivalled the Christmas Turkey
at the Pretty Molly Bay Beach House in December, 1985.
Note the 17-year-old physique that I was sporting back
then. I think I went about a buck 70 in poundage back
then. Lean, spearing machine, eh? I gave this beast to
Millie and she cooked it for us. The tail went about 2
and a half pounds. Everyone loved it, of course. |
